My kids love the Smurfs! Do yours?! They think that Neil Patrick Harris is hilarious! The kids and I are taking a long road trip soon, so the release of Smurfs 2 is perfect! I love to have a few movies stashed away for those moments when we all need a little distraction. I picked up Smurfs 2 at my local Walmart. I also purchased Tyson Original Batter Dipped Tenders. The package had a $5.00 coupon for the movie!

To celebrate, we decided to make a feast! We wondered what special dipping sauces Chef Smurf would have come up with for the occasion.

The kids had some great ideas! They decided to go with Gargamel’s Brew, Blue Moon Cheese, and Smurf Essence. It was so fun listening to them brainstorm about the movie. My personal favorite is the Blue Moon Cheese. They are so much more creative than I am.

We hopped online and found a font that was perfect for our little signs! We printed out the signs while the chicken tenders cooked – and voila! I think Chef Smurf would be very pleased with our feast! Everyone had their own little batch of Chef Smurf’s dipping sauces.

Can you guess what they were? Gargamel’s Brew is ketchup. Blue Moon Cheese is Bleu Cheese. Smurf Essence is Ranch Dressing. Let me know if your littles come up with other ideas! I know my kids would get a kick out of hearing their thoughts!
