A few weeks ago, Scottsdale Moms Blog hosted a Moms Night Out. It was a delicious, magical, beautiful evening. I watched as moms walked up shyly, unsure if they should put on a name-tag or pretend that they got a call to run back home. I smiled as I watched moms pull up chairs and bravely introduce themselves to one another. I took a deep breath as we started to pack up and moms were lingering and laughing. It’s the best. Watching connection and friendship happen brings me life.

That night, my friend Tera told me she just had to introduce me to the owner of Handcrafted Affirmations. I was a little nervous taking time to socialize as we wrapped up the evening, but the team assured me that they had everything in hand. As I began talking with Bethannah, I felt an instant connection.
