Adding just a few touches to regular banana pudding put a lot of smiles on my kids faces.

Sunday morning I decided I was going to make a big, fancy, Texas style dinner. I started a brisket in the crock pot with Rudy’s famous dry rub. I made Grandma White’s Cornbread and for dessert I made banana pudding.
I wanted to create a celebration meal full of comfort! This absolutely did the trick. Sometimes, the simple ways of celebrating one another gets us through another day!
Ingredients
- One box JELL-O Banana Cream Cook & Serve Pudding
- One box of Nilla Wafers Vanilla Wafer Cookies
- One teaspoon of vanilla
Directions:
- Follow the directions on the page to make the JELLO-Banana Cream Cook & Serve Pudding
- Stir one teaspoon of vanilla
- Cover the bottom of a 9″ glass baking dish with Nilla Wafers
- When the pudding is still warm, pour the pudding over the Nilla Wafers. This makes the yummiest cookie like crust situation you’ve ever had.
- Set the glass baking dish in the refrigerator to continue cooling
- Serve in the cutest cupcake holders you can find and top with one Nilla Wafer and a slice of banana.
Have a wonderful week!
