Today was beautiful. It finally dried off a little… so the kids spent most of the morning in their hodgepodge fort outside… chairs, air conditioning duct leftover, old shoe rack, some extra 2x4s and anything else they found in the project pile…

Their story was lovely and kind. They made potions out of rain water and the palm leaves that had fallen. These magic potions healed the people in Haiti and Chile. N was a famous scientist that taught people how to build buildings that never crumbled.

J wore her outfit dad got her from India.
She was the healer that walked around laying hands on people.

I like their world.
I decided to leave the crafts in the closet for tomorrow. They were making more beautiful stories with their mind than I could have found in the closet…
