Today I pulled out some sun catcher crafts – J got the butterfly and N got the planet.

I was honestly dreading this craft… but it was the best one so far. They were each so careful with the tiny beads (it kept them occupied for 45 minutes). They turned out beautifully.

Then, we decided to meet dad for a picnic. But…

It started raining! They laughed so hard. We had a great, soggy time.

We came home and they made up a delightful story about warriors and healers and tents and tunnels and broken arms. It made them very hungry.
