We have had so much rain. It almost decided to come inside with us.
I have been saving up some rainy day crafts which came in VERY handy today.
I have a shelf in my closet that I save crafts on. Ever so often I think… oh, I should just take all this to the recycled bookstore… Then, days like today happen and I am so thankful for this shelf.
N was done with painting much faster than J, so we made a very blue ocean. It was washable finger paint, so I wasn’t worried about it staining the bathtub or anything…

I love the crafts shelf idea–I have some things I set aside for the kids because they’re SO MESSY and I don’t always want to tackle them, but spring break is a great time. Thanks for the inspiration!
