I know I have a few Willow Tree friends out there! I know because you have been kind enough to gift these to me at major events in my life! My mother was the first one to introduce me to the beautiful collection by Susan Lordi. She has a beautiful collection of angels that she pulls out at Christmas. I love looking at them, and often I find my little ones just staring at them. Did you know that each piece is hand painted? I love little details like that!

This beautiful figurine is called “Angels Embrace”. My sweet friend, Renee, gifted it to me when Riley’s adoption was final. I will always treasure it. I love the details of the wings and how her arms are wrapped around the child. I love how her pieces could really fit any occasion. She leaves just enough to the imagination that you could see any child’s face being held.

I also have a beautiful singing angel gifted to me by my dear friend and college roommate, Maja. I appreciated so much that she recognized my love of singing to buy something that reflected that for me. That is one of the ornaments that I left tucked away this year just in case of little hands.
