OK Moms, this one is for you. Having newborns twelve years apart is an amazing experience. There is twice as much information, four times as much stuff to buy, and ten times more warnings to heed. Sifting through the new information can become a huge chore and a little overwhelming.

We’ve all heard about the all natural, chemical free trend. I hadn’t given it that much thought. After all, if the majority of the population used something for generations, it should be fine, right?

I have sensitive skin and I’ve passed that on to my kids (sorry, kids!). My oldest two (now fifteen and twelve) had terrible diaper rash. I thought it would be delightful to spare Mary Alice from this if I could. In the past, I had just shrugged it off as a problem we’d have to deal with because of sensitive skin.

When I was asked to try these wipes, I was a little skeptical, but wanted to give them a chance. I just figured that we wouldn’t notice a difference.

About three weeks after Mary Alice was born, using the same products we used twelve years before, we saw our first case of diaper rash. About that time, we received our first shipment of WaterWipes and switched over. I am so happy to tell you, Mary Alice hasn’t had any diaper rash since we started using WaterWipes!

WaterWipes is a chemical free baby wipe that contains only two ingredients, 99.9% purified Irish water and 0.1% fruit extract. WaterWipes is recognized by the National Eczema Association as being the only baby wipe with absolutely no chemicals.

Can I tell you how happy that makes me?! I always felt so guilty when I would notice the rash starting. I couldn’t imagine how uncomfortable it would be. It is such a relief when I change her diaper and everything looks just fine.

Do you know what else I love about these wipes?

WaterWipes are not interfolded. They stay so much more moist than any other wipe I’ve ever used. You know how wipes tend to dry out after a few days, especially if someone leaves the little flap open? That hasn’t happened to me at all! I’m on my fourth package and so far they’ve stayed wet until the last one.

These wipes are absolutely worth giving a shot. I’m extremely confident that you will be happy with the results!

  5. Oh we need these! A has had the worst diaper rash that every time we clear up, it seems to come back! Definitely going to be getting her some! (Plus then I don’t have to worry about her playing with them either!)

  6. She is adorable! I’m about to have baby #3, and only had my kids roughly 2 years apart each time, and I swear there is more to learn and more products out there with every one! We love WaterWipes too, and can’t wait to use them on our new little bundle of joy when he arrives later this month.
