If we had coffee today, I would most likely tell you how hot it is getting.

I’m not great with heat. It’s the short temper that comes with the sweaty palms and thirst.

But then, I’d tell you that we had a really wonderful day.

We took Brian out to lunch for Father’s Day and walked around a store closing sale at the Great Indoors. He loves looking for treasure and hunting for deals.

We came home and napped. I took the kids swimming so that he could have some quiet time. Then, we made cupcakes tonight to celebrate. We tried the sprinkles mix and oh my! I may have to sneak a second one after the kids head to bed.

It was a great night and I am so thankful for my sweet husband. He is such a wonderful father to my little ones.
