Art Collage Wall - Kate Eschbach Photography-605a

Welcome to my laundry room.

It is nothing fancy, but I spend a lot of time in there. During our last home-study, our adoption specialist said I needed to put it on the blog. (You get to know your Adoption team pretty well during the process).

I think the first time I saw a clipboard wall was on Smile and Wave. Rachel is amazing at DIYs. She has beautiful ideas and shares her beautiful family with us.

I found clipboards at Goodwill for $.25 each. I hung them on the wall with tacks. I didn’t measure or space, I just went with what felt right for the room.

What I love is that I can switch it up anytime. If I find a new print that I love online, I don’t have to worry about a frame or where I am going to hang it. I tend to pick out prints with inspiring or funny quotes. Laundry is not my favorite thing to do, but seeing these reminds me to be thankful for the people who wear these very smelly clothes. It reminds me to be grateful for the clothes that fill these baskets. It reminds me to slow down and rest in the repetition of hanging and folding and listen to His voice.

There are so many great places to find prints. Here are a few of my favorites in case you’d like to start your own collection!

  • The Paperie
  • Katygirl Designs
  • Recipe for Crazy
  • The JoyfulShop

If you have a shop that offers printables, feel free to leave it in the comments! I’d love to visit!

  1. OH I love this!! I think I may end up doing this in my office space, since that is the one room in my house that’s really mine to play around with. I have so many prints, cards ect I would love to “frame” but have never gotten around to. What a great idea!

  2. Kate, these are beautiful! I love how you made these and hope you pinned it on Pinterest.

  3. ohhhh this is sooooo cute!!!

  4. Fun idea! Looks more put together than just tacking print-outs up as I tend to do. I like the girl who looks like Belle (with the bird cage) and the umbrella girl on the rock ladder next to her. 🙂 I’m craft and decor-challenged, but this is within my reach!!

  5. LOVE this wall! So pretty!
