I hope you aren’t getting tired of all the news about adoption.
It flooded our life in the most amazing and beautiful way and it consumes all of my thoughts right now.
Red {Update: Nickname has been vetoed… I’ll keep you updated – wink} spent the night for the first time last night. My goodness, sleeping two year olds are the most amazingly sweet creatures, aren’t they? He woke up at 3am. I laid down with him and he fell back to sleep. Overall, a successful night!
Today was amazing. We ate breakfast, played, did dishes, took naps, had friends over, went to sweet baby J’s volleyball game {which she won!}, had dinner, took baths, read books and out! Yup – last night went so well he is here again tonight!
Red is so sweet and loving.
His grandmother and great aunt have been raising him – and let me tell you something – that boy knows his manners. Please and thank you and hugs and sorry. Amazing. He is blessed to be so very loved by them. Blessed.

No need to switch it up sweet friend! THIS is EXCITING STUFF!!!! We need to hear about these blessed miracles taking place in the lives of those we care about. Thank you for sharing. Don’t switch it up! I’m living vicariously (sp?) through your story! We have been trying for a little one for more than a year now with no luck…I’m thinking we may have to travel down the adoption path.
