Disneyland, Day 3

033

Dad has always been known for his shortcuts. We all decided to take turns dropping the family off, then one of us would drive back to the hotel and walk – try to save as many legs as we could. Well, day 3 morning was my turn – but of course – dad came with me. He found a shortcut. He always does. I think it is his positive attitude and mom rooting for him. Things always work out for him. No matter what is happening, he knows that the next thing is even better. He doesn’t guess. He doesn’t dwell. He doesn’t worry. He knows. He knows all is in God’s hands and God is good all the time.

Thank you for the walk, dad.

Autopia was next. The kids loved driving and they got a huge a kick out of their fake drivers license.

Dad had great memories of Tom Sawyer’s Island from when he was young ~ so we took the kids out there. It was awesome! They could have spent hours exploring and playing.
