Last week, I was invited to try out Dream Dinners. There is a brand new location just off the 101 in Scottsdale, Arizona. (The perfect spot to grab dinners on the way home!). We met the owners, who are sisters and complete sweethearts. We took a tour of the facility and started making our own dinners.

The timing of this event could not have been more perfect. I was headed out of town for the weekend. I was able to take my husband three, delicious, easy dinners for the family.

Oh my goodness! They made everything so easy for you. Every ingredient was already there – set up in a station with the recipe.

What happens if your family doesn’t like garlic? No problem! Just leave the garlic out.

What if you like extra cheese? No problem! Just add a little extra cheese.

After you finish a dish, you put it in the freezer, wash your hands and move on to your next recipe.

In just a little under half an hour, I had three dishes made and ready to freeze. I had chosen Crispy French Onion Chicken, Firehouse Three Cheese Pasta with Meatballs, and Old Fashioned Meatloaf with Twice Baked Potatoes. I have already looked at their website again just to check out what my next Dream Dinner will be!  They have all been delicious.

This week, my favorite part has been how amazingly easy they have been to put together. Many are straight from freezer to oven. This has meant, no chopping, no dicing, no mixing, and no cleaning up the prep dishes. It has saved me hours in the kitchen.

I think this would the perfect gift for a new mom! You could give her a gift certificate, or you could have her pick out a few meals and prep them for her!
