We saw “Hugo” last weekend, and the actress playing Isabelle reminded me of your J.
Also I’m catching myself singing “A Star! A Song!” from the old Revelation Christmas musical (only I don’t remember all the words). Good memories. Love and prayers to your family.
I think that tree topper would mesh well with my bowl of vintage shiny brites. Any thing having to do with Christmas’ long ago makes me smile.

Our Elf Eddy wants to make snow angels too but, I do not want him to get dirty. Roy says I am stifling Eddy’s creativity. Boo!

Stumbled on your blog through SITS. I am a nanny for a family who has an elf. His name is “Elfie”. “The Elf on the Shelf” is so much fun! Their elf does some crazy things… baking cookies, pulling out all of the canned goods from the pantry, etc. 😀
