My sweet mama knows how to make memories. When she asked me what we would really love for Christmas, I was very open with her about just wanting experiences with her and dad. She knew that we loved the Phoenix Zoo Lights at Christmas, so she kicked it into high gear and found tickets for us to the Houston Zoo Lights. The kids were absolutely mesmerized by the colors and the spontaneous snow flurries.

We rode the carousel over and over, taking turns riding with the kids and relaxing on the bench watching them smile as they chose which animal would be next.

The pictures were blurry and the hot chocolate was delicious, which is the most important part! I will always cherish how she pours her heart into making sure others have a good time and a heart full of sweet memories.
