Mom has been with us now for a few weeks. She has been my sanity. My house is cleaner that it has ever been and I’m not sure what I’m going to do when she leaves. I will miss her terribly. For Mother’s Day my brother and father came to visit and meet Mary Alice!
After the epic nerf gun battle, I found my dad, Riley, and Murphy all snuggled in one chair.
It’s amazing isn’t it? We went from a family of four to a family of six. It still sounds surreal to me.
Dad and Mary Alice got along just fine. She thought his shoulder was the most comfortable seat in the house and I’m pretty sure she was exactly right.
That first photo is a classic. 🙂 So glad the extended family got to celebrate Mother’s Day together!
