My little brother asked his sweetheart to marry him.
Of course, she said yes!

The story goes like this:
He and his band serenaded them in one of the rooms at the Marriott Waterway in the Woodlands.
The band, both fathers and I were in the room.
As he was singing, I had memories of playing frisbee in Colorado, riding our dirt bikes on Las Palmas in Plano, Texas and scheming on how to get dad to take us swimming at the YMCA in the summer rose up fresh as spring roses in my memory.
When she said yes, without hesitation, I went full-on sob.
As Texas Aggies would say, the moment kicked me right in the feels.
I cried in my father’s arms for happiness of a future and plans and love.

Alyx, welcome to the family!
BJ, I love you and I am so, so happy for you.
