Riley and Mary Alice have reached the golden age. They play together! He makes her laugh, and then he feels like a million dollars because he is making her laugh. It is the most beautiful cycle to watch and I’m loving every minute.

What an  amazing thing to be their mother. I was so sure we were done after two children here on earth, and  now… The house is full of little shoes, noise, bottles, raisins, cheerios, and too much laundry. So perfectly awesome!

This time around, I sit outside and watch them instead of running around getting things done. It is making some of the most peaceful and precious memories I’ve ever had.
