My dearest Sebastian, you turned eight in March.

What a huge year for you! As a 2nd grader you received your First Communion and  you won your first pinewood derby for your age group. John Paul and dad helped you build and design the car and we all cheered with happy surprise when they announced your name!

Trail Life is one of your favorite things. You and dad spend Friday nights with friends, learning and playing together!

You are tender and gentle. You are not afraid to pray and you remember the Saints with so much excitement! Every morning you ask Saint Sebastian and Saint Joseph Calasanz for intercession.

You and Mary Alice spend the afternoons together, playing and singing. I’m just so proud of you and how well you love people.

I’m proud of you kiddo. I love being your mama.
