Now, don’t tell anyone, but I had to take some shots of the sunrise as I headed to jury duty Friday morning.

 

I’m sorry if they were blurry or crooked… I had to keep one hand on the wheel, ya know.

I was feeling very patriotic when I pulled up to the Court House. I was ready and willing to serve.

I know… it’s not convenient. It’s not entertaining.

But it is SO important. I pray that we all take the role very seriously. We have a moment to participate in American justice and contribute to ‘Innocent until proven guilty’.

So, if you get called. Grab some coffee and your camera to capture the sunrise. Keep one hand on the wheel and pay attention. You are shaping the path of someone’s life and upholding your rights as an American.
