This is how Thursday night went down… 

Nate had soccer practice from 5:30-6:30.

Julia had her first band concert at school and had to be there at 6:30.

No problem. Until. Brian gets called into last minute meeting at 4:45.

Julia announces at 4:52 that she must wear a white shirt.

How do we not have a white shirt, sweater, anything in the house? Really? Seriously? This is why mom’s email address should be the one the band director has… not dad’s. 🙂

Ok. Nate off to soccer. Mom and Julia to Target. Sweater – done. Sort of. Two sizes too big. It’ll do.

Dad calls. He is on his way to get Nate. Christmas miracle!

We make it to the school on time. Best 4th grade band concert I have ever seen!
