Family Saturdays…

Picnik collagea

The kids and I wandered over to a Farmer’s Market at 94th and Shea in Scottsdale, AZ today.

It was absolutely lovely.

There was a nice breeze and the vendors were lovely, local people.

We had a wonderful finance lesson about buying local when possible.

The salsa was amazing, I found an adorable crocheted hat for Baby Clare, delicious balsamic vinegar and beautiful clothes… not to mention the entire room full of produce.

Brian loves salsa. He loves it with all his heart. I love when I find a new salsa he can try. It warms my heart!

I hope you have a fabulous weekend!

What fun did you have?!!

Thank you for stopping by!

  1. Kate, sounds like a fabulous Family Saturday! Farmer’s Markets cause me to slow down a bit, talk to people, learn about their craft or farm and just enjoy being part of the community. Unlike the grocery store where I feel like I need to race through some times, Farmer’s Markets make me want to dilly-dally.
Thank you for sharing your, as usual, gorgeous photos.
