I officially crossed something off my list! I have now made it to one end of Route 66!
We stayed in Pasadena on Colorado Blvd. For my Beach Boys Biggest Fan hubby, that was the coolest thing EVER!

We drove into Santa Monica to see the Pacific Ocean for the first time!
We did it! We made it! We drove to the Pacific! One more thing off our moving to Arizona list!
And look! Kites! Maybe that is the theme of my year… happy, happy kites!
